We use only full-grain leather — the highest quality grade with an intact top layer. Natural markings such as subtle wrinkles, veins and pores are hallmarks of genuine leather, not imperfections. Over time, the leather develops a rich patina unique to your piece.

Store your bag upright in its dust bag when not in use. Stuff the interior with acid-free tissue paper to maintain the silhouette. Avoid overfilling — excess weight stretches leather and strains stitching. Rotate bags regularly to allow the leather to rest and breathe.

For chain or leather straps: avoid hanging your bag for extended periods to prevent strap deformation. Tuck chains inside the dust bag to prevent scratching the leather surface.

New wallets require a brief break-in period. Avoid overstuffing card slots as this stretches the leather permanently. Remove coins regularly from zip compartments to prevent interior wear. Wipe leather surfaces monthly with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils from handling.

Hang belts from the buckle on a belt rack or roll loosely — never fold, as creases in leather are permanent. Alternate between belts to allow each one to recover its shape. The buckle hole that fits best is the middle one; using the same hole consistently prevents uneven stretching.

For metal buckles: wipe with a soft cloth after wearing to remove moisture and fingerprints. Gold and palladium plating will maintain its luster longer with minimal contact with perfume, sweat, or chemicals.

Clasps, turn-locks, zippers, and buckles are crafted from brass or stainless steel with gold, palladium, or ruthenium plating. Polish gently with a microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners. For tarnished hardware, a jeweler's polishing cloth restores the original finish.

Corner repairs, re-dyeing, stitch reinforcement, strap replacement, and hardware renewal should be entrusted to professional artisans. DIY products or unsuitable cleaning agents may cause irreversible damage.
