2. Currency & Payment Timing
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is charged immediately upon successful order placement. You will receive email confirmation once the transaction completes.
3. Billing Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information:
- Full legal name as it appears on the card
- Valid billing address matching your card statement
- Valid card number, expiration date, and security code
- Working email and phone for order updates
4. Taxes & Duties
US Customers
Sales tax applied where legally required, based on your shipping address.
International
Responsible for import duties, customs fees, VAT/GST in your country.
5. Fraud Prevention
All transactions are screened for fraud. Orders flagged as suspicious may be:
- Delayed for additional verification
- Cancelled and refunded
- Subject to ID or payment verification
6. Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval. If you dispute a charge without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide transaction evidence, ban future purchases, and pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks. Please contact us first — we resolve 95% of billing issues within 24 hours.
7. Authorization Holds
When you place an order, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold. This is not a charge. The hold is released within 3–7 business days if the transaction is cancelled.
8. Pricing Errors & Failed Payments
Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors and issue a full refund. Notification before cancellation.
Failed Payments
Order not processed, no funds withdrawn. Retry with different payment method.
9. Subscriptions & Invoices
We do not currently offer subscription services. All charges are one-time transactions. A digital receipt is emailed immediately after successful payment. For formal invoices, contact us with your Order ID.
10. Governing Law
These Billing Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Supreme Dog Garage is registered.
