1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, your order enters our processing queue and cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us immediately if changes are needed.

3. Customized Items
Personalized or engraved items can only be cancelled within 2 hours of order placement. Once production begins, customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Already Shipped?
If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Return Policy to initiate a return after delivery.
