Orders & Shopping

Simply browse our collection, select your desired item and size, then click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details and payment information, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately. You can also shop as a guest without creating an account.

A cancellation or modification request can be made within 24 hours after your purchase has been completed. You can only cancel or change your order before the item has been shipped. Once the item has been dispatched, changes can no longer be made. Please contact us at support@loweastore.com as soon as possible.

You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you place your order. Once shipped, you'll receive a second email with a tracking number (please check your spam folder). You can also visit our Order Status page at any time for real-time updates. If you haven't received tracking information after 6 business days, please contact us at support@loweastore.com and we'll assist you immediately.

We deliberately leave out-of-stock items visible on our store so you can still view product details. In some instances, we offer email notifications when products you're interested in are back in stock. You can also filter search results by availability. For specific requests, contact our Customer Service team.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all US orders over $75. For orders below $75, a flat-rate shipping fee applies. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. We also offer Express Shipping (2–3 business days) for an additional fee.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 working days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow for occasional delays during peak seasons or holidays.

We fulfill orders from our US warehouse in Nashville, TN for domestic orders, and through our international logistics network for global customers. This allows us to deliver items as quickly and efficiently as possible, no matter where you are.

Yes! We deliver worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Courier companies include DHL, FedEx, EMS International, UPS, USPS, and other local carriers.

We can correct your shipping address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at support@loweastore.com or call +31722220100. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to update the address — in that case, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

We understand this can be worrying. Please first check around your property, with neighbors, and with family members — packages are often received by someone else and forgotten about. Also check any safe spots where couriers may leave parcels. If it still doesn't turn up after 48 hours, please contact our Customer Care team and we'll open an investigation with the courier.

Depending on the products ordered, we may ship from different fulfillment centers to get items to you faster. Each item may arrive separately with its own tracking number. You'll receive an email notification for each shipment. If you believe an item is missing after all tracking shows "delivered," please contact us immediately and keep the outer packaging for our investigation.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a hassle-free 365-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 365 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To start a return, simply contact our Customer Service team at support@loweastore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.

Yes! If you'd like a different size, color, or product, we're happy to arrange an exchange. Simply contact us with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement item is a different price, we'll adjust accordingly.

Sale items follow our standard return policy unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Items purchased with a promotional code are returnable, but please note that the refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked.
