All products sold at Primeluxuryhub are premium quality items. We encourage you to contact our customer service team before ordering to make sure you make the right choice, and please read the product information carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days after delivery under the following circumstances:
03How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, clear photos or video of the item(s), and a detailed reason for the return
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide return instructions if approved
Pack the item securely in its original condition and ship it to the address provided
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
04Return Conditions
All returned items must comply with the following conditions:
- Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must include the original packaging (box, dust bag, etc.)
- Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item
05Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style:
- Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like instead
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the replacement item has a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference
- The original item must meet all return conditions listed above
If your preferred item is out of stock, we can process a full refund instead.

- Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
- For international returns, customs duties or taxes paid on the original shipment are non-refundable. Contact your local customs office for recovery options
07Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund is processed within 2–5 business days
- The credit will be applied to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Late or Missing Refund?
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account — the refund may have posted under a different name or date
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@loweastore.com and we'll investigate immediately
08Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered in any way
- Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards and store credit vouchers
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
